Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what the device is, it's port will have different tightness/looseness in comparison to other devices. 


For instance: a Playstation4 controller will have a tighter port than an Xbox controller port. 

Yes, we know it's annoying and inconvenient. One day there will be a standard port size, but until flying cars actually happen, we're stuck with the problem.


The easiest solution:   

Our cables heads have just enough flexibility to be adjusted a bit so they fit more snugly into your controller. 

Simply take a pair of tweezers or pliers: 

Using the small end of the pinching utensil, hold the connector head flat between your fingers and gently pinch the sides of the metal head making the head a little wider than it was before. 


Pinching the connector head creates more points for your device's port to latch onto. 


If you have the opposite issue and you can't get your cable into the port of your device, pinch the top and bottom of the head making it slimmer.
