If you have a computer/laptop that uses Windows 10 and devices keeps disconnecting, there is a setting that might solve your problem on your computer.

Step 1:
Hit Windows + S (keys)

Step 2:
Search for "Power Options"

Step 3:
Click 'Change plan setting' on your chosen plan.

Step 4:
Click 'Change advanced power setting' on your chosen plan.

Step 5:
Find "USB settings", click the + symbol. Then open "USB selective suspend setting" and change it to disabled.

Step 6:
Click "Apply"

This should solve your problem =)
